In our rubber plant we are specialized on the production of rubber parts mainly for the automotive industry, but also for other markets like bathroom accessories or wheelchairs.
Four main processes dominate our production:
Manufacturing of mixtures and blends in our mills
Manufacturing of pieces by compression
Manufacturing of pieces by injection
Qryogenic deflashing of pieces by fluid nitrogen
In a separate area for packaging and storage inside our rubber plant we prepare the shipments to our rubber part customers considering aspects of hygiene and cleanness avoiding possible contamination of those products we produce in other areas.
All our processes are certified by ISO 9001:2000 giving guarantee to the quality and service of our products.
